Speechless

So you live some where peacefully for 7 years, and then this happens

This person who did this, owns fields of 5.5 acres and has a perfectly good enough vehicle access in a much safer place

this is against our boundary which is our garden is a steep hill, and at the bottom of the hill is her den

all because we objected to their stables, because we did not want stables in our back garden or a track which imposes in our home and now have to keep our blinds firmly shut because its daunting seeing vehicles coming up and down this, because it is not in a good distance away from our home, I feel greatly the system of protecting our home has failed us and the complaint system has failed us as they are not allowing us to do all three stages of the complaint system, not even dealt with stage 1.

It is just justifying their poor decision making....

According to the council this is safe,

This comment along with complete lies is on the council website,
Before anyone says agrees with the above statement the following chart is enough to make you think, and we should be saying 'I do not want to put anyone life at risk when it could have been avoided and a much better site position should have been implemented'

this is the HSE numbers, on the other side of our garden, we have about 100 mm between the post to the new new vehicle access gate, there is no safeguarding at all for us.....

the system is wrong

I should be enjoying my 12 week old baby and should feel safe in my own garden and home, now due to these, I won't feel comfortable with my 7 year old playing in the garden, and we too scared to do the top garden up, as we do not want my 7 year old any where near this track or haystack, because no matter how clever we think we are, accidents happen to the best of us, and it takes one wrong move with the forklift for this roll into our garden.

Accidents happen every day, and most accidents are avoidable, why are people in power turning a blind eye against this...

Why should we have to sell our home, in which we feel now we will have to do....

It took me 9.5 years to be able to bring two children home after 3 baby losses, one of those was avoidable, had guidelines been followed

Now I am face with the worry of this, until our home is ready to go onto the market, and now its be only attracted to limited audience

Who wants to live next to someone who does not respect their neighbours property, opinions, and I have even been judge as a mother because my top garden is messy!!!

Would you tidy your top garden to let your 7 year old play up in the garden next to a track and vehicle access gate barely 100mm apart???
